About NORDEGG DAYS.
Nordegg Days was established in 2016. It is a celebration of everything our little community has to offer. The festival is hosted by the Nordegg Community Association and it takes place every year on Labour Day long weekend.

Show & Shine 10am to 4pm
Join us for Nordegg Days’ 2nd Annual Show & Shine on Saturday August 30th. $10 registration, staging starts at 8.00am to 10.00am. Register your car upon arrival at the Show & Shine Check-In booth, located on the corner of Tillie Ave in Nordegg’s Historic Core (#8 on the NORDEGG DAYS Event Map at bottom of page). ALL car trailers to be parked in the first large gravel parking lot on Stuart Street, adjacent to the Nordegg Lodge Hotel (P1 on the Map). Top 10 & the People’s Choice Award to be drawn at 3.00pm. Show runs until 4.00pm. |
Alberta Forestry will be on site to share information about wildfire operations, the role we all play in prevention, and how these efforts help keep Alberta’s forests healthy for future generations. Their display will feature a helitack crew and one of their key tools for initial attack - a helicopter. Visitors of all ages can also take part in hands-on activities to try out some of the skills helitack crews use in the field. Bertie Beaver, the Alberta Forestry mascot, will also be making a special appearance.

SUNDAY RAFFLE PRIZES!
The Nordegg Community Association Raffle draw will take place this year starting at 3:30 at the Mountains and Mines Market!
Tickets are $5.00 each or 3 for $10.00. Proceeds support the upkeep of all NCA facilities and to put on community events!
Prizes will be displayed at the Mountains & Mines Market on Saturday and Sunday.
50/50 is available online. 50/50 draw will be after the raffle prizes are drawn on Sunday. You do not need to be present at 50/50 draw to win. Winner will be contacted by phone or email.
NORDEGG DAYS Event Map
For those of you less familiar with Nordegg and the locations of where our events will be happening... review the MAP, look for the RED event flags and follow the MARKET signs to Nordegg's Historic Core where the Mountains & Mines Market as well as the Show & Shine will be taking place.
Although there is parking available throughout town, Visitors are encouraged to park in the EVENT & TRAILER PARKING (P1) and take to the trails, bring your walking shoes and/or bikes! Signs will be posted on the OHV trails as well :)
